Organic tours of the Organic Metropolis Nuremberg at BioFach 2011
| In cooperation with Organic-Market.Info, BioFach from 16–19.2.2011 offers three different tours: to organic food retailers, to shops selling eco-fashions, natural textiles, natural cosmetics and fair trade products, and to organic farms and processors. The tours finish with a little sightseeing in the old town quarter of Nuremberg. Each tour lasts about two and a half to three hours. Refreshments are provided in the form of an organic snack. The bus tour visits Tanja Dworschak’s well-known herb nursery, Fischer’s box scheme farm, Burger’s cheese dairy and the Kernmühle Training Farm, where lunch will be served. | |
